We encourage our employees to have time to themselves. Our vacation day allocation plan allows for employees to garner a generous amount of vacation days throughout their employment.
- Vacation :
Full time employees earn 12 days (96 hours) of vacation leave per year. After 3 years of employment, employees earn 15 days (120 hours). Every year thereafter, employees earn vacation leave up to a maximum 28 days per year in accordance with their length of service. - Sick:
Full time employees earn 6 days (48 hours), or 2 hours per pay period, sick leave per year. - Personal:
Full time employees receive 3 days (24 hours) personal leave per calendar year. New hires receive a prorated portion of the allocated personal leave based on their hire date.
