Dental Assistant Apprenticeship Program

The $1,995 tuition and fees will be fully covered by Shawnee Health if apprentice agrees to work for Shawnee for a minimum of 2 years upon successful completion of the apprenticeship. Apprentices will be paid an hourly wage throughout the course of their apprenticeship.

• Apprenticeship consists of a self paced course and approximately 2 ½ year paid externship
• Students must be 18 years of age or older or 16-17 with parent/guardian permission and have a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Shawnee paid program and tuition fees: $1,995
• DANB Certified Dental Assistant exam and Life Support Certification fees will be paid for by Shawnee Health
